Our Story
Porcelain was built to close the gaps between the disciplines that shape hospitality.
Too often, concept, design, culinary and operations are developed in silos - leaving owners to connect the pieces. Porcelain Collective brings those disciplines together from the beginning. Our team comes from leading hospitality groups, restaurants and design firms, with experience developing concepts from the inside out. We understand what makes an idea compelling, but also what it takes to operate it every day.
The Collective Way
1. Relentless Pursuit
“Good enough” doesn’t live here. We constantly push for better - for sharper ideas, deeper stories, and experiences that move people. The pursuit is never about perfection, but about the possibility of more.
2. Ideas Over Egos
Ideas don’t wear titles. We leave ego at the door and champion the strongest solution, no matter where it comes from.
3. STAY CURIOUS
We begin with curiosity, not assumptions. By asking more than answering, we cut through noise and uncover what truly matters.
4. Cultivate Together
Our role is simple: make life easier for those around us. We nurture, support, and grow together so the collective thrives.
Our Founder
Jessica Gidari
Founder, Head of Creative & Development
Jessica Gidari has built her career at the intersection of hospitality, design, brand and operations.
Her experience spans leadership and development roles with Union Square Hospitality Group, LDV Hospitality, Rockwell Group, Jeffrey Beers International and other leading hospitality and design organizations — giving her a perspective shaped by both sides of the table: creating hospitality concepts and living with the operational realities behind them.
She founded Porcelain Collective to close the gaps she repeatedly saw between disciplines and create a more integrated way of developing hospitality.
Today, Jessica works alongside hotel owners, developers, operators and hospitality brands to define concepts, assemble the right creative teams and guide projects from early strategy through execution.
Her industry involvement includes serving as a judge for the Gold Key Awards and Restaurant & Bar Design Awards, speaking at hospitality conferences and contributing to conversations around the future of hotel F&B, restaurant development and experience-led hospitality.
But the philosophy behind Porcelain remains simple:
A great idea isn't enough. You have to know how to bring it to life.
